All deposits on gaming parties are non-refundable. All game times including open play and group pay are non-refundable after individuals begin gameplay.
Refund on non-gaming items such as t-shirts, hats and other apparel is subject to 7 day return or exchange. Snacks, beverages and other perishable products are non-refundable.
We take the safety of our guests and their personal data seriously, we do not share, or sell personal information. All information taken from patrons is securely stored onsite and only accessible to the management team. We do not collect social security numbers or date of birth except for children's parties where applicable. That information is not kept once the party event has passed.
